Bill worked with us patiently and always kept us informed of where we were in our process. We took longer than the allotted time for an application but he called and told us what would happen and what we needed to do. When we chose a house, he and his team were very thorough with everything. They made sure the numbers were right for us and even gave us advice after closing. He was sure to tell us that he was still available for us to contact after closing.
