This is the second refinance on our home we have done with Brian and came back this second time because the first time was so smooth. While we are in So Cal and not San Diego where they are located, with virtual support and online signatures, it was seamless and didn't make a difference they were not local to us. I would highly recommend Brian and his team to my friends and family for all their real estate needs.

There are too many things to mention. This was the most important purchase I ever made or ever will and I felt like he gave it the same amount of time and energy as he would have if it were his own.
