As being a first time home buyer we had no idea what to expect. Anybody we would talk too just in general about home buying all would say what a headache it was and get ready. We prepared for a very long stressful process. We experienced the exact OPPOSITE with Vandyk Mortgage! The process was so smooth and pretty fast. They even had us close a little earlier then expected. Their staff was always in contact with us. I highly recommend this company and we will use them always going forward!

I originally went with another lender and things didn’t work out! I reached out to Carrie and she was so helpful! Her and her team made sure to constantly stay in communication with me. They even had cute mini clips to guide me on what I could expect next in this process. The online portal was super easy to use and overall it was such a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend 🥰❤️

19 DAYS TO CLOSE LOAN!!! Don’t know if there is really anything more that needs to be said. Carrie was wonderful and handled every issue in an obviously more than timely manner.
