This rating is of no fault of the representatives in this transaction. It lies with the underwriters, or company policy/limitations... availability of Money??? I'm not sure, but the issue that delayed this closing a month were quickly handled up front and explained and demonstrated that there was no issue. Underwriters took 30 days to agree with this. Too slow.
