Bill McDonald and his staff made the process of purchasing a new home from across the country as easy as it could possibly be. It felt like we were hands-on through the entire process, and everything felt amazingly simple from beginning to end.

Tim Hart of VanDyk and his team (most notably Tania Bryant) are extremely meticulous - great on follow up - and pleasant to deal with. The VanDyk portal makes it easy to know what tasks are outstanding and what tasks are completed. Overall, a very good experience dealing with VanDyk.

I have used VanDyk twice in purchasing homes. The services and communications are always top notch . They go beyond expectations and always give direct and precise answeres to questions and always follow up to keep tasks moving forward. This pobably sounds like a paid response but it is not. They are that good.
