The staff was constantly giving updates on the progress of the loan and if anything popped up they quickly contacted you. The website however does need some work. It's not user friendly when using a smart phone or tablet. But overall a very good experience.

We used Vandyk when purchasing our new home, everything went very smoothly and we were ready to close several days prior to scheduled closing date. The buyers of our former home used a major bank (Chase) and that closing was delayed a week as they could not timely complete all the paperwork. Used Vandyk twice in past 3 years and would not consider using anyone else in the future.
