Mia DiSalvo was great through the whole process however there were times when the underwriter put her in a tough spot because at least twice we thought we were done with the approval process and the underwriter would request more documents days after. That part was very frustrating because it caused me to leave my responsibilities at work to rush around and find documents that should have been requested two weeks earlier at the beginning of the entire process.
