Process was easy and all questions were answered throughout the process. I never met anyone in person however and was expecting to see my loan officer at closing after they had issue with the time of original closing causing us to adjust.

Our loan was sold only 4 months after closing. During the closing process this was never mentioned as a possibility. Especially since the person we worked with told us the perks of being with guaranteed rate was refinancing later. Additionally, as first time home owners we didn't feel very supported throughout the process. As we closed on the house and talked to our peers about the process we realized how much more other servicers were doing for first time home owners.
