The entire staff is fantastic! They are on time, and let you know what's going on during the entire appointment. Patient comfort during procedures is attended to very well and Dr. Van is always positive, professional and attentive to my needs and concerns!
On time, efficient, thorough, professional, friendly, and convenient. What else could I ask for! I have referred my wife and co-workers.
Dr. Van has an extraordinary staff. Her office manager, Rebecca, checked my insurance before I arrived, so I knew what was covered or could be covered. Her dental technician, Donna, did the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. When it turned out that I needed to see an endodontist, the staff arranged an appointment for the next day.
The staff is always so friendly.
I don;'t normally provide the top rating, as it is often viewed as no room to improve. However, I was so pleased with my appointment, I could not give anything less. Thanks for taking me on as a new patient.
This was my first time to see Dr. Van. I got in a few minutes before my appointment was supposed to start and the teeth cleaning went smoothly. Donna, my hygienist, was very nice and did a good thorough job. Dr. Van was very professional and took time to answer any questions that I had.
Dr. Van and her staff are awesome - beautiful office, extremely personable and professional and tender touch! A special thank you to Heather! I'm very impressed with Dr. Van's knowledge and super fine attention to detail - she is, in my opinion, clearly one of the best dentist's in the area.
Outstanding service by Dr. Van as usual. The staff are also great, very friendly and fun to be around.
Donna did a fantastic job with my cleaning and Nicole was excellent as she always is. Office is excellent -- love seeing my xrays up on the big monitors right after they've been taken. If you want the best experience this is the place to go!
