Everything went like clockwork. We discussed up front what would be done, and the next appointment did it. Very gentle didnn't even feel the novacaine needle.
Excellent job. I had five fillings done and it was quick and painless. The entire staff is very nice, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Impressed with the fine customer service, operations, business process flow and technology employed at Dr. Nicole Van's dental office in McLean, VA. Also experienced a very kind and caring staff. This is a top-notch operation which can serve as a model for other dental offices.
I hate going to doctor, especially the dentist but this was the best experience I've had at the dentist by far. Dr. Van and her staff are very knowledgable, caring, and fun! They made sure I was comfortable at all times and made the time go by really fast. At the end of my visit, the receptionist was on her game and had all my charges and insurance info squared away. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who needs a great dentist or to those who dread the dentist.
