They say a perfectly oiled machine runs smoothly. Which in turn, gives a perfect product. Ok course humans and machines are not the same, but the staff here seems to be put together to run like a machine. Everybody doing their job. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and friendly. I was scared before I walked in, but was put at ease right away, even in the middle of a "ride share" melt down. Kelli did a great job covering my past regarding symptoms and Corrective Action measures going forward. Troy, who was filling in for the day, was very personable and ultra sound procedure performed was done flawlessly. Troy also answered many questions about procedure and reasons for it, well done!.
