My visit was very pleasant. The Staff was wonderful! They are all patient, friendly, and supportive, with answering all the questions I had. Transportation was provided- to and from, which was highly appreciated and impressive! Dr. Jay spoke to me, as if we KNEW each other, which softened my apprehension about what I MIGHT hear from his diagnosis. He explained everything so clearly and calmly. This place is great. The staff is the best people I have ever encountered. A family member of mine had a procedure done about two weeks ago. It’s her first procedure. I did not know what to expect. I spoke to Jamie on the phone, she explained a few things and also made sure we were very informed. She was a pleasure to work with. However, I was blown away by the service of the staff at the office. For background, my grandmother uses a walker. A person would need a lot of patience in order to handle her. I liked this place very much. I took my aunt there because Brookdale wasn't doing enough for her in my opinion and I liked the fact that we didn't have to wait so long to be seen and the staff was very polite and helpful. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE WHO IS HAVING PROBLEMS IN THEIR LEGS.
It was a horrible experience, first of all they need a bigger place there is not enough seats for patients to sit, patient coughing no masks, playing loud music and you can't hear your names being called, I had a 1pm appointment didn't get called until after 3pm that is to long of a wait when you have an appointment. The staff was professional they did there best to make everyone comfortable.
Kind staff professional caring doctor , Highly recommend perfect location and travel availability. Seems like a family type work environment which makes it comfortable for my experience . Wonderful attention to after office needs thank you
