Zero help post GAE procedure October 25. Was billed 385k for A 90 min procedure with minimal results despite my employer’s empire plan paying 30k. PT through no fault insurance post surgery suspended because victory associated medical team lied on documents! Reporting to the state board for negligence!

I was waiting fr 9am untill 1pm just for the doctor to read my xray results to me .....I arrived in pain left in pain twice...3 differen.doctors 2 different opinion were given one of would get a shot that would last me 2yrs second I can't get shot processed to give me referral to physician therapy.😭

To many people in one room. When I opened the door it looked like a bunch of catle in one room. I never saw a doctor but was scheduled for a pressure. I was passed around and I kept asking when will I see the doctor. The office was horrible. I believe because of the location and the client's they were serving. Then I was told the space was only rented a few days a week. The main office is in Manhattan. Serving a different area of people. No thanks!! I will NEVER GO BACK!!

The procedure were sucessful.the only problem I were dissatisfied with.i was given a telephone # to call if I see any dark mark on my knee,i call and did not get.any one, so I left my telephone # for some one to call back,and no one did. All I wanted to know how could I get the dark mark to be removed.
