My experience at VCA was pleasant and very comfortable. The waiting room had comfortable seats with snacks of your choice, as well as water and coffee. All the staff were friendly and professional. I can’t remember the person name who initially greeted me and gave me the paperwork, but she was polite and patient with me. She allowed me plenty of time to complete the paperwork that was handed to me without a rush. I didn’t have to wait at all once my paperwork was done, someone was calling my name.
