we were referred to Dr.Ostro as my 4 year old fractured her tooth. He was extremely sensitive, honest and knowledgeable. Immediately he recommended an extraction where as our regular dentist recommended a root canal and crown which would have cost a whole lot more. Considering the tooth cracked in 3 places this was no easy pull; however Dr.Ostro and his staff made the experience as comfortable as possible for my daughter that she herself asked to changed dentists....something I am highly considering for my 3 children.
Been goi g to Dr. Ostro for over 4 years exceptional service. My kids love going for the dentist and that is priceless. Thank you!
My wife and I have been taking our 3 kids to Dr. Ostro for just over 3 years. Our experience over this time has been great. The staff is very efficient and helpful to answer any questions we may have. Dr. Ostro is very professional and takes the time to explain how each child is developing, which is greatly appreciated. In addition, when we had an issue with one of our children losing a tooth prematurely, Dr. Ostro made himself availalbe during non-work hours to help us deal with the issue. Its been a pleasure going to their office. From the first time I walked in till now. I always prefer going to places which has great customer service and Dr Ostro and his staff sure know how to take care of their patients and are wondrfull people to deal with. I highly recomend their dental office.
Dr. Ostro is an outstanding professional! Our 3 children have been under his care and we couldn't ask for a more caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy paediatric dentist! Great doctor, amazing staff. My kids have been seeing Dr. Ostro for two years and I only have great things to say about him and his staff. He called from Florida while on vacation to inquire about my daughter's tooth root canal, called the pharmacy directly to make sure they got the prescription.. He is great with the kids, very knowledgeable. His staff is amazing, very professional. I highly recommend him.
Amazing dental practice! I was recommended by a friend to see Dr.Ostro, and I am so happy that we did! The staff and Dr. Ostro are very pleasant and happy towards the kids and to us parents as well. They are super accommodating, very knowledgeable and in general very nice people. The cost is the same here as in any other dental office, (impossible that a 20 minute cleaning cost $300.00, or that they could possibly force you to do anything!) the kids really like going to the dentist now.
