Dentist was very good. Staff was courteous and competent. Would recommend.
In my recent visit , I was told about a good preventative application which would reverse decay in two spots we'd been watching for some time . It's something new which I never would've known about on my own! I'm very thankful for forward -thinking dentists and staff!
After Dr. Cohen and Amber left I have had the worst experiences I've ever had with a dental office. My recent crown replacement with them took over 6 weeks - the first crown that came in did not line up and had to be sent back, which was probably on the lab, but the 4 more weeks it took to get the final crown, and the complete avoidence of communication by the dental tech, was not the lab's fault despite what they tried to have me believe. I’ve already given an in depth review and now I’m being asked again. The hygienist did not clean my upper teeth and did not polish any of my teeth. The dentist looked at my teeth before cleaning which was odd and didn’t give me a chance to question why I didn’t have proper care. My husband who was with a different hygienist received proper cleaning but the dentist never saw him. We will not be returning.
My husband and I went for our routine 6 month check up. We had just moved to the area and this was our second visit. The first visit wasn’t great, they didn’t have an hygienist to complete my husbands visit and he had to come back. My hygienist was adequate, she was too heavy handed with the drill damaging an area of my lower teeth that continues to be sensitive today. She was very friendly however.
