Brandon was extremely helpful and communicated well. He made sure that I knew exactly where I stood in the loan application process. I emailed him at 11pm one night and he texted me within 10 minutes asking if we could talk on the phone. This is the type of thing that a first time homebuyer really needs in order to be confident in the process. 5 stars.

Brandon was great! From the first meeting with him we could tell he knew his stuff. Very thorough and helpful. Him and his staff were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also came to our closing which was nice! Highly recommend him!

When submitting documents via photos, it would have been nice to have been told to ensure it was squared, showing all corners and reduce folds.

5 stars is simply not enough for Brandon and his team of professionals. It's not often that an experience with a lender impresses me. Working with Brandon though was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely engaged throughout the process with our buyers and worked so diligently to make their experience an easy and memorable one. Looking forward to our next deal together very soon!

I was very pleased with my experience working with David Burrows. Communication was excellent and he answered all of my questions. David worked under a tight deadline to close by the end of the year. Despite being ill for a few days, David still worked to move the process forward and we closed as scheduled. Additionally, the rate and cash to close came in a little under underestimates.
