Joey and his crew stayed on top of the roofing process from bid to final inspection by the insurance and the final payment. They walked me through the whole process. I was never lost or confused. There was actually an overpayment and Joey made a special face to face surprise visit to see me and gave me the check. I still to this day tell this story.
