Staff at Verity, especially Divya and Bernice, have been very proactive and helpful in allocating and booking a carer for my daughter. They have been able to maintain the same carer as per my request and also schedule respite dates to match with my preferred day/time. My overall experience with the service is been very good, the efficient and reliable. Honest & kind. I am satisfied but you can be more diversified and there are languages barrier. E.g. English language & communications can be a struggle with the carers. But they are caring. Thank you

Staff are very kind and if there are any problems they fix them without causing me any headaches. Some staff do struggle to manage all my medical needs but then other members go above and manage them instead without issue.

The girls go above and beyond. Friendly. Can't do enough. Fantastic girls even came back to help brother he needed a bed pan half an hour after he had lunch call. Always have time to do everything that is needed. Rather than rush.
