The main Carer is kind and fulfils her basic tasks very well each day and in a timely manner. I would like to encourage a little more initiative to look at detail and keep concentration on what could have further attention. I am always kept informed if a carer is running late. I am also kept informed of who is attending at the weekend. The office staff are pleasant to speak to, on the occasions that I have met the manager, she is completely intuitive and understands all my needs. The care provider is punctual, calm, on task, friendly and hard working lady. She understands the mood changes of my son who has autism,she understands his needs and she keeps an eye on him responsibly.

Verity Healthcare carers are outstanding. They are passionate and truly caring. They had time for my mum. Their reassurances helped my mum to engage with the care and truly put my mind at rest.
