Our experience is very satisfactory. Two carers come in the morning to get my husband up and prepare him for the day. Then two carers come in the evening to prepare him for the night, This care enable my husband to continue living at home

The carers you send are fine but my wife needs female carers so she so she can feel ok when using her commode. Your carers generally arrive on time but she does need women carers for her to get full use of the care you provide. Both boys are polite, caring and understanding of my wife's situation but the care they can offer is limited.

My carer arrives at 8am every day and he always smiles. We chat about his bike ride here (chain broke yesterday) and my progress with tidying my house. He washes my dishes with great care, they sparkle on the racks. He hoovers the carpet and puts cream on my lips with grace and dignity. It is a lovely start to the day. Thank you, my life has improved a lot since he came.

Having care given has been a new experience for us as I have always given my husband his care. Due to ill health I have handed it over and they have made it a positive and good experience and in our time of need have been a very positive and caring relationship. Thank you for being there.

I have found the carers professional, punctual, helpful and generally nice people to have around. It has been beneficial that we have generally had the same carers attending. so we have got used to each other.

My aunt receives twice daily visits from Verity Healthcare and she is very happy with the service she receives. Staff are always polite, patient and show concern for her wellbeing. Times are regular and fit in with her routines. Verity keeps me up to date with any issues and are easy to speak to.

Carers are good, punctual, and respectful. They display caring attitude, are open to correction and do take things on board quickly. They carry themselves with dignity and show respect to my brother-in-law and my family.

My husband has been a service user for the last eight months and after a bad experience with a previous company we have been very pleased with the service provided. The Carer always arrives on time with a smile and a friendly greeting and is always polite and helpful. The office staff are also very easy to contact and again are very polite and helpful. All in all a positive experience.
