Abdul and his team including Manoj, Naim, Sas and Yousuf (and formerly Prem) provide excellent care which is always kind, considerate and supportive for both my father (now more than 2 years) and my mother which is so much appreciated. Thank you for all that you do.

Verity care has been caring for my father since December 2025. Belal has been patient and caring towards my Father who is not particularly easy to deal with at times. He arrives on time and I know my father appreciates the consistency of having the same person caring for him. You hear so many terrible stories of below standard care for the elderly but Verity has been excellent. Would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality care.

Abdul and his team go above and beyond their remit. 'True Angels'! I phoned Abdul on Christmas Eve as my 91 year old mother had phoned me in a state of upset. Mum told me she had no incontinence pads. She has a bowel prolapse and a permanent leg catheter bag. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and I was unable to go out late afternoon in order to purchase supplies for Mum. Abdul reassured me and said he would go and make the purchase and then deliver to Mum. Our experience is very satisfactory. Two carers come in the morning to get my husband up and prepare him for the day. Then two carers come in the evening to prepare him for the night, This care enable my husband to continue living at home

The carers you send are fine but my wife needs female carers so she so she can feel ok when using her commode. Your carers generally arrive on time but she does need women carers for her to get full use of the care you provide. Both boys are polite, caring and understanding of my wife's situation but the care they can offer is limited.

My carer arrives at 8am every day and he always smiles. We chat about his bike ride here (chain broke yesterday) and my progress with tidying my house. He washes my dishes with great care, they sparkle on the racks. He hoovers the carpet and puts cream on my lips with grace and dignity. It is a lovely start to the day. Thank you, my life has improved a lot since he came.

Having care given has been a new experience for us as I have always given my husband his care. Due to ill health I have handed it over and they have made it a positive and good experience and in our time of need have been a very positive and caring relationship. Thank you for being there.
