Made me feel comfortable and were friendly
The experience was good. I was there at 9:00 for a 9:15 appointment. I had to wait at least a half hour to 45 minutes to be taken. My appointment was September 5th and I still haven’t gotten results in my chart or through my doctor.

The experience was quick and painless
I liked the atmosphere and the ease to come in and get going. I would have appreciated a bit more communication from the tech running the mri as this was my first. be as still as possible (does that mean …is it ok to move my arms to itch my nose?), and for them to check in and say “you’re doing great you’ve done 15 mins, 15 mins more”. Louise did a fantastic job. She was very kind, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in a jiffy.
