Everyone was very professional and efficient.
I was very grateful to have my MRI scheduled so quickly, and everyone was very helpful, calming, professional, excellent experience even though I am very claustrophobic, so when people are kind and sensitive to me I feel safe and got through it very well
All went well.
A welcoming staff checked me in efficiently in a calm waiting room. The nurse who prepared me for the MRI scan was kind, listened carefully, and made excellent eye contact. The MRI technician kept me well informed throughout the process and had a friendly, easy demeanor. It was a good experience.

Kind and established trust for the claustrophobic and the nurse/IV was very calming and painless!!!
More magazines or reading material in the waiting areas would have made this experience better. Had to wait 45 minutes until my scheduled appointment which was at 3:15. I arrived early at 3 and didn't get the MRI until 4p.m.

We apologize if it felt longer than that. We are sorry we did not have anything for you to read in our wating room. We stopped offering magazines at the beginning of the pandemic and have decided not to renew our subscriptions since most patients seem to prefer reading on their cell phones.
