Great experience. New site is inviting and staff there is extremely friendly and comforting (no need to be nervous). The new MRI machine is more powerful making the visit shorter. I highly recommend.
Love this company! I had an appointment immediately! The customer service rep on the phone was awesome! They explained everything clearly especially with COVID procedures. The waiting room was immaculate! Their workspace was uncluttered and organized! The staff doing the MRI were very accommodating. However the techs need to identify themselves as to what their roles are. I think one of the staff was in training but I was never told that.
