Very professional staff. Thoroughly explained the procedure to me. Made sure I was comfortable and that I was aware that we could stop for a little if I needed to. I would absolutely go back to Open MRI.

My experience at Vermont Open MRI was fabulous! I needed a head scan and I’m VERY claustrophobic. They made me feel very comfortable and the test was done in no time. Everyone there was extremely kind!
It was so great, it felt like laying down to take a nap. Everyone is so nice. I thought it was fully enclosed and it’s open at each end. Getting the appointment was so quick and I was able to go in sooner being on the waitlist. Going forward, I will only go here. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know.
The MRI was so much easier than past ones. Bem was very pleasant and professional. Your office was so nice. Not hoping for another MRI but if I do it will definitely be at your location
Everyone was kind and helpful, from the initial call for an appointment to the radiologist doing the MRI. All questions were answered in a timely manner and with expertise. The staff made sure I was comfortable (I’m claustrophobic) throughout the entire process. I highly recommend VT Open MRI to anyone needing an MRI.
Really great staff. Super kind and accommodating. I was promptly called 3 days after being put on the cancellation list! The most important staff member however is Wayne! I saw him in reviews and said, "Wayne better be there!" And sure enough he met me right at the door! A key employee!
