Amazing to work with after Cigna kept denying my husband's MRI at UVMMC...we should've just gone with VT Open to begin with! As mentioned, Wayne was an incredible surprise! What a respectful and well-behaved little guy :)
I have been to Open MRI in VT multiple times and have had a stellar experience every time. Scheduling was easy and very prompt; I was able to schedule MRIs weeks earlier when compared to other facilities. The space was clean and welcoming, plus close parking and no stairs made building access smooth. The staff was all beyond kind and thoughtful about how they spoke to me, both on the phone and in person — they greeted me instantly upon my arrival. I got a next day appointment after insurance approval was received! I had an excellent experience there. Easy scheduling, convenient location, plenty of parking, no waiting, super clean, friendly and accommodating staff, and plus-sized scrubs! I won't go back to UVM for an MRI after my very positive experience here.
Remote open m r I is amazing, So accommodating and helpful. I was already checked in had to leave for an emergency. They were able to accommodate me with another appointment right off for the next day. While I understand this wouldn't happen all the time. They were just amazing about having to cancel at the last minute. Polite and caring
I loved going to Vermont Open MRI. Front desk was amazing. Fast. Efficient. Was taken right back even though I arrived 5 minutes late. Wayne helped walk me back to get changed and even waiting for me to walk me to the mri. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Loved my techs as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
