The woman that checked me in was rude to me and made me feel unwelcome. The tech was wonderful and took good care of me during my MRI. When I checked out the same woman that checked me in was annoyed when I asked to confirm that my email was on file for my results.

Didn’t go!!!! Phone calls I was treated like crap by Roberta!! Telling me what has to happen in order for me to go basically threatening me telling me that if I don’t shop with sedation that I am not going to be allowed to do it and that they will never see me again!!!

After having many many MRIs of one body section or the other over 20 years, I have never experienced better service and quality imaging than I did today. I will definitely be returning and we are from Plattsburgh!
