I’m so happy to have found her. I’ve met with several different psychs over the past decade or so and I often feel like I’m not being listened to or I’m being rushed out the door. She doesn’t do either of these things! She’s so genuine, and approaches treatment as a collaboration. I really appreciate her and value her input.
Mrs. Moore has been one of the most compassionate people I have ever worked with while receiving psychiatric care. She is attentive and validating, and I love how she is very informative when I ask her my thousands of questions. I would recommend Mrs. Moore 10/10!
Wonderful, professional, and on time
I've seen Verretta for close to a year now. I appreciate her warm demeanor and thoughtful questions to help me recognize and understand my symptoms, so we can make progress with my medicine. Occasionally scheduling is difficult, but she always finds time for me for follow ups and makes sure we schedule them before our appointment is over.
I have never experienced so much compassion as I have when I met Verretta. She listens and base her recommendations on my best interest. She is on top of monitoring my symptoms and collaborating with my other medical MD. If I could give 100 stars, I would.
Veretta is a warm hug of a human being. It was my first time with a psychiatrist and I was quite nervous. She made me feel so welcome and so normal and comfortable speaking about my situation. I've referred multiple friends to her and everyone seems to feel the same way.
Wish I'd seen the one star review before I had the most triggering and dismissing experience...funny how a random review online could validate my feelings more than Verretta could in the fifteen minutes we had together. Truly the worst experience I could have imagined. In one meeting she became one of my least favorite people in the whole world. Does not listen to anything you say, asks questions about trauma that she has no right to ask, is extremely invalidating and rude. She contacted my previous psychiatrist and MADE UP A STORY about what he said, he told me he said none of what she claimed. It absolutely disgusts me that there are people like her out there, especially who claim they help people. STAY AWAY.
