Warning! This property is run down, old, and nasty. Fairlawn took over 3 years ago and claim they’ve been making progress by putting new roofing on. Well newsflash without it you’d be shut down with what’s been left in the other reviews left by tenants because of water damage and electrical fires. The manager told me they could not maintain the grounds because they don’t have money in the budget to keep a groundskeeper on payroll. Avoid at all costs slumlords. Shady management and maintenance guy is a joke. Electrical fire the 1 yr i lived there in meter room. Fire trucks and Fire marshall showed up. Leaky windows that freeze over in the winter. When you ask them to fix it they say things like you are on a list and no money in the budget. Garbage and parking area always filthy. Apparently they’ve hidden this review, probably bc they recognize that they can’t simply discredit me with a silly, scripted response. Pro: * Located at the end of a quiet cul-da-sac * Located on the Rock Island Trail * If Scott, the maintenance tech, can fix it, it is fixed promptly. * Scott is very courteous and professional when entering, which can be hard to find. * Rarely hear the neighbors * There are no weight or breed restrictions. Mismanaged and told lies to keep up occupancy up under contract. The maintenance man never completes his work and there is no follow up to make sure his work orders are completed. I won’t add names but I am the father of an occupant and a witness to this happening in real time.
