We recently had Vesel out to figure out a leakage problem that we were having on our West wall. After many visits by a variety of Vesel team members they created an estimate of $3200 and eventually we scheduled the work to begin after a required down payment of more than $1000. The first crew showed up and worked for part of a day and then suggested that they would need to talk with their management about the effort and they left and never returned. Awful experience. The owner Eric was extremely disrespectful to myself when discussing the contract. There were a couple delays I was only notified of one. Materials were left on my landscape when I have over 200 feet of paved driveway. The dumpster was in my driveway for nearly a week when the job took a day and a half. These are just a few of my concerns.
