My Technician (Jade) was very prompt and professional and took his time going over & inspecting my Trane A/C Unit. He also recommended I may want to consider a Surge Protector for my Fan Unit outside and also a Ultra Violet Light to help further clean my air and kill bacteria & any mold that maybe coming into my Air Handler.

Daniel came to do a/c maintenance yesterday. He called ahead to tell me he would arrive in the second half of the 2 hours window, which I truly appreciated! He did a thorough job and was courteous and kind.
