Dorene Reardon I highly recommend Veteran Air for new purchases and service. They have been servicing my unit (which was purchased from them) for over three years and respond quickly to calls even late night calls. I called 9 pm Tuesday Aug 31 and they were at my door 8:10 am Wednesday. Most of my issues have been condo caused not AC reasonings. This call was one of those; condo outside reconstruction error! Called sweltering after hours to receive a call back within an hour. Service member John was at my home the very next day to get my 16+ year old system running and offered a quote for a York system which was too good to turn down. Stand by & we will update you Thursday on how it goes as we were able to schedule a new install in 2 days! These people don't play. We got an amazing bargain & immediate service. Veteran’s air is a great company to do business with. They are reliable and responsive, not only with sales but with service. We just had our complimentary 6 month check up of our system. The service technician was on time,very professional and thorough. He took time with to review our system and explaining its operations again with us..He left us feeing very confident we had made the right choice.

I have been using Veteran Air to service my air conditioning system since I arrived in Florida over 4 years ago. Nothing is more crucial than a good functioning system and it pays to have it inspected regularly. Veteran's technicians always arrive on time, are friendly, thorough, and efficient. I have never experienced one minute of down time thanks to their maintenance.

First I would like to say everyone I dealt with at Veteran Air were very polite , knowledgeable and helpful from the person who answered the phone to the parts manager and the technician that came out.
