We had to have our 40 year old air conditioner replaced in our condo. I want to thank everyone at Veteran's Air for a very pleasant experience. Starting from the guys that came out to assess the problem. John who came out to talk to me about my options and took the time to explain everything to me. And then lastly, Bill and Jerry who came out to do the install today. They came at 8 am. Right on time, and got everything done by 1pm. They had a crane come out to put the unit on the roof. The veteran Air employees are exceptional individuals. They are courteous, knowledgeable and explained in detail what service they provided. I usually don’t recommend to my friends anyone. I’ve been let down because the service wasn’t up to par. However I have recommended veteran air to a couple of friends and they were very happy with the service. The one reply is they are honest. I feel the same way about veteran air.
