My experience with Vibe has been amazing. They provide exceptional customer service and are very proactive. They have made the rental and moving process as smooth and as welcoming as possible. They clearly value their residents and do all they can to help.

We were trying to move in here by 8/6/25. We toured the place multiple times to make sure we liked it and we really did. When it came time to apply we were told we only have 2 weeks to move in when the application is approved and so we applied to the apartment that was the newest available instead of the one we toured. They told me that they are both the same and renovated. Was here before the management change, only live here if you don't want to be bothered. Towards the end of our stay the management changed so they needed to come in and change things and there was no email or anything but a paper hung on the door with a rubber band and we weren't in town so we had no idea that they where in other then that it was nice. Oh but it is difficult to get In contact with anyone

This place has gone downhill. Management encourages you to reach out for assistance, but their phone mailbox is full and emails are never responded to. We've been calling about noisy neighbors partying until 2am for months now, damage to multiple neighbors cars from these neighbors driving drunk, and the only response ive gotten from them is to call the overnight security. We've called security over 8 times now, usually takes them over an hour to respond. But i know theyve talked to the neighbors to keep it down. This has be... read more

I was going to say yes to the reliable question but only because you can rely that if you need some fentanyl you can bank in it being at Vibe. So much so that I don't like my little girl to be outside. It was I didn't like her barefooted outside because of needles on the ground but now the needles have changed to aluminum foil. Since I've been in WA I have not been home sick until I came to Kent. Not a great complex. The first night we moved In our bike got stolen. Then a couple months later someone broke in and robbed our living room. Management did nothing. Our upstairs neighbors rained trash down in our backyard area and management didn't do anything. I received a tow warning even tho I gave management my plates so they knew that I was a resident. And then we got priced out at the end. There was mold all throughout the window seals of the unit our fridge broke twice and our dryer broke. Our town rack broke and the... read more

Reasons for leaving: - The gutter on the roof of the unit has been broken since we moved in and has not been repaired which floods the sidewalk in front of the building. - No upgrades have been made to the unit other than the kitchen sink which was replaced when it began to leak. - The landscape in this community is poorly maintained; the grass area in front of the building is muddy and is indented with tracks from the lawn mower and golf carts. I live in one of the adjacent buildings to a gate opening where trespassing is known and accepted by property management. I've found foil w tarry substance , human EXCREMENT (I have a video), and many homeless (all men) on my staircase. I've reported it to KPD and property management but their only response is inaction. "We will repair the gate in 2022 as per budget" they offered to possibly move me to a new apt but i shouldn't have to go through the stress of moving again to gain security for the $1400 I pay each month for ... read more
