Dr Nack's staff is the best in customer service! I have had services from an orthodontist and periodontist, but Dr Nack & staff are the best of all three with their caring attitude and professionalism. They are all at the top of their field with technology and knowledge. If I could rate them higher than five stars I would, but then Dr Nack would be so busy that it would become difficult to get appointments, especially with Mindy!
As crazy as it sounds, I always look forward to my dental appointments! Dr. Nack and his entire staff feel like old friends, yet they are so professional. I feel so confident with my mouth in their hands.
Great customer service. Needed to be seen without an appointmenst and Diane made it happen. Once there, the wait time was minimal and the procedure went well.

All of the staff members at Dr. Nack's office are very professional and so accommodating in every way. Dr. Nack is an excellent dentist as far as diagnosing, treatment, providing clear information, and considering the most cost effective avenue. He also schedules appts. in such a way that patients receive the time needed to address his/her dental issues. I have all the confidence in the world that I am getting top notch dental care.
