Communication was excellent... CD prep was a little awkward (several versions) otherwise great
Vicki has been super to work with as always. Very personal service and very professional. She is a great communicator and kept everyone in the process well informed every step of the way. She went well above and beyond, even getting back with us about questions while she was on vacation outside the country. I actually feel bad about that, but that is how far she goes to provide outstanding service.
