My scenario: I'm a first-time homebuyer, I just got under contract and my lender gave me an estimate with an outrageous interest rate. I had to scramble to select a new lender. After looking at multiple reviews, I took a chance with Vicki and her team and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Good rates aside, her entire team were committed to closing on time (which I eventually did). Communication was constant and consistent. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Vicki is amazing. She was always available and went the extra mile to get me approved. With the market as crazy as it is her advice was priceless. She got me fully approved before I even found a house to make my offer more competitive. She also called the seller agents with each offer to highlight the strengths of my offer. I think this made the difference for buying my house.
