It was my first refinance of my home since purchase. I had Synergy Mortgage help with my initial loan years before. I timed the market right and they were able to lock me in at an amazing rate rather quickly. I also like the fact that most of the paperwork can be handled electronically. Anytime I had a question (I'm a caller), they picked up the phone or responded back within a reasonable amount of time. Great people to work with.

Vicki and her team was always there to answer any question I had during the process and I couldn’t ask for more. I’m so thankful to have found her company instead of going through those on-line companies. You are just a number to them, not with Vicki’s team. Her team was alway polite and helpful and looked for solutions. I would recommend them to anyone looking on buying a house.
