Vicki and her team where always available for for questions. There are a lot of requirements for the buyer to provide for the loan process but they kept everything on track and let us know what we needed to send. Electronic signing and ability to upload documents was helpful as well. If we ever buy another house, we will definitely use Vicki Moletteire.

There are many reasons that made this a great experience: -vicki replies back very quickly -vicki was able to answer all questions -vicki would send me a list of items needed, which made it easier to gather the information needed -vicki is very professional, friendly, and polite -the portal system used is very user friendly -as a first time home buyer, I didn't feel stressed using this company
