Vicki was always very responsive and helpful. However, the overall process was extremely tedious and frustrating. I'm sure some if it was due to regulations surrounding COVID-19, but if anyone asked me about buying a house right now, in all honesty I would tell them to wait if they had the option to do so.

Loan was sold to a company with horrible reviews before I even had an opportunity to move in! Vicki responded quickly to emails and was nice. She told me she attends all her clients closing but didn’t make it to mine.
