Victor was persistent in pursuing my business with out being pushy. He stayed in contact over several months until I was ready to pull the trigger on a refinance. When I first contacted him, he recommended that I should stay with my current mortgage. He told me he would like to stay in contact and work with me when it made sense to refinance. He did, and I just refinanced to 15 year from a 30 and saved a lot of money in total interest. Thank you Victor!
