I was urged to call any time if I had a question, and I did call several times. If Victor was not immediately available, he called back very promptly. He patiently explained anything I was confused about, and really worked with me throughout the entire process. Kathy was also very helpful to me and was also quick to answer any questions. Everyone I spoke with at Churchill was very knowledgeable and sincere, and the whole process was a very positive experience.
