My experience with Dr. Sun and his staff has always been one of respect and kindness.
Dr. Sun is doing bridge work with me. I also consulted a prosthodontist because I was part of a research at the Hispital for Sick Children in my youth - at the Maxilo Facial Clinic. Dr. Sun’s practice is equal to the surgeons I had at HSC. He and his full team of clinical and administrative staff are second to none.
No one that I know of, is all that comfortable about going to the dentist. However, when I enter the office I am greeted warmly and professionally. My appointment is on time. I am given reassurance from both Dr. Sun and his assistant during my procedure. Billing goes smoothly and I leave with a smile on my face. Thank you all at Dr. Sun's
