RecommendedI've been going to Victoria Community Health Center for 11 years since I moved to Victoria. I've always gotten great care there for my asthma and diabetes. I've been seeing NP Joyce Howard for about 3 years. Joyce is professional and friendly and knows how to resolve any issue when I'm sick. If I have a major issue she refers me to a specialist. I'll continue to go to VCHC.
