i just moved here & i’m already liking it. spacious 2 bedroom with a laundry room, patio, island in the kitchen, semi-wood floors, carpets in every room. the bathroom is literally a room itself! & they do not jack up your rent like other places do. the office people have been very polite since the day we moved in. i’m glad to be a resident at Victory Flats
Even though we haven't lived here long! It has been great! I think this is the only apartment around here that actually has AC! They are modern with tons of space! They have a full washer/dryer in the units an actual laundry room, a patio, extra storage, and more! We have not had any issues here and if anything ever needs to be fixed the maintenance people come fast and are fast. The office people are great as well. We love living here.
Beautiful and peaceful community! We have thoroughly enjoyed our past 5 years living there. If we have the chance to return to the USA, we would definitely choose Victory Flats again.
My partner, roommate, 2 pups, and I have lived here since May and have been in love with this place. We recently moved from out of state and thoroughly enjoy Victory Flats scenery, walkability, and parking!! The community layout is prime for walking your dogs, going on a jog, and for spacious uncovered parking. The staff is always communicative and keeping residents in the loop, they also make it a point to bring in tasty food trucks for us.
