We had two home projects with Victory and we ran into issues with both! We had 2 sales man come to us and sold us to use their company, little did we know what a mistake trusting salesmen would be. Our first project was our roof, the materials were great and we knew what we were paying for ((plus the warranty)) however, during the install they came through our bedroom ceiling, dropped a sheet of plywood to be exact. Highly unprofessional from the word go. A few weeks ago they knocked on my door trying to drum up business, ok I filled out a form. The problem lies with the phone call I just received: without reminding me that we once spoke he calls me Jeff from the beginning. I don't know you and that's highly unprofessional. I don't even care to know anything else. Goodbye.

Guys ring my bell twice, we don’t answer because we don’t answer solicitors. They then open the storm door and knock not once but twice before I answered to send them on their way….if we had any interest we’d find you. But if workers for a company are disrespectful you certainly can’t expect them to be respectful of your home when they work on it.

Last night, a consultant came to my door under unsettling circumstances. He arrived after dark with his ID visibly blocked. Despite ignoring his initial knocks, he persistently continued. Had a consultant come over to take measurements and give me quotes on 20 windows. I understand windows are expensive and I’m prepared for it. On the phone call to confirm the appointment I was told it would take a maximum of 90 min of my time, and there’s no pressure to commit to anything because the quote will be good for a year. They will present to you an outrageous quote. I made the mistake by allowing them to do my roof. They are all shady people in fact the drip edge on top of the garage was placed incorrectly. Water magically gets in and they fail to even make corrections. New contractors ended up ripping their garbage roof off and had it redone the right way. Two pieces of plywood that should’ve been removed were not. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
