I brought some out of town (but grew up in Indiana) guests here. Despite the fact I raved about the food and wine selection , and told them that a mutual executive European friend said that his meal at Vida was one of the best he’s had anywhere in the world, they were skeptical that an Indy restaurant could be that good. Excellent service & food. However, I felt it was a bit over priced for the amount of food
Vida was so delicious that I was asked to throw away my leftover when entering a concert at Old National. I was heartbroken. Upon leaving the theater I retrieved my leftovers out of the trash can because they were unharmed and totally worth digging in the trash for. I cannot wait to go back! Those scallops. Those donuts. That reisling. OMG!
