Vida was excellent. This was our first visit and we were very impressed. The restaurant is lovely, the staff pleasant, and food very, very good. We were celebrating a birthday and this was a perfect place to do that. Only critique: kitchen pacing was off...an hour after being seated we had finished the first course and were waiting for the second. First time visiting Vida and was excited to give it a try. Was not disappointed! Food was wonderful and the service was great. I was definitely outside of my comfort zone and tried some items that I didn't recognize, and was very glad I had. We did the 4-course meal and each one was beautiful and very tasty. We had dinner with another couple last weekend at Vida. Everyone loved their meal, we had beautiful wine and our server was very knowledgeable about the wine and the menu.
Nice atmosphere with an interesting menu. Service above all was excellent----seamless, responsive, and unrushed---the best in town (and believe me, we have tried them all!!). Plates were presented well and portions were appropriate in size. First (appetizer) and second (salad) courses were distinct.
