The loveliest, kindest, most thorough and thoughtful team I have ever encountered in a medical situation; and I’m 59 so there’s been a few! EVERY person I encountered there was EXEMPLARY in their role. If they gave Oscars for Med Teams, these guys would have a shelf full. Thank you for helping me feel better fast. My husband had just had his feet, with shoes on, sitting on the bed, so obviously it was not clean. Whatever he had been walking in was now at the foot of that bed. The tech walked in and just dropped all the supplies to insert an iv into his arm in that same spot. The staff was very caring and also very professional. They were very attentive especially Dr Macalasdair and Tiffany(RN) Tiffany gave me a hug before I left because she knew that I was under a lot stress because of my medical condition and my husband just had surgery the day.before. She is a keeper. Thank you Brittany the IV sticks were great, when you can get it in one stick that’s great. Hopefully, I won’t get too sick anytime soon but if I do I know where to go. While out of town, I recently had an emergency visit to the Vik Complete Care Lakeway. From the time I arrived until the time I was released, the entire staff saw to my comfort and eased my stress level. They were very friendly, thorough, and competent in their examination and testing procedures. When I was well enough to leave, they gave me a folder with complete printouts of all of all the exams and test results to make available for my primary care physician when I return home.

I really appreciated to all the staff in Vik Clinic, Dr, Nurse and all employees are amazing. The Dr. Provide a free visit to my friend that she didn't have medical insurance. They provide the right information where to go to get all treatment that she need it, thank you so much ,God bless everyone who works there,
