RecommendedGreat sales and service. JoAnne and the rest of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. And very clear about what you need to do (chemicals, etc.) They are putting the deck on a fit pool for me right now and I am so excited! Especially since I was about to create the features that I wanted for the pool! 😉
RecommendedI can't say enough about this company! They have done a spectacular job on our pool and fence! They have been wonderful to talk to while out here on the job and completed this huge project in a timely manner! They made sure we got what we wanted!
RecommendedThey are a great family owned business. Best people in the business. Excellent workmanship and very honest.
RecommendedGabe and his crew just left my home after installing an egress window in my basement. They showed up when they said they would and we’re very nice. The price as also very good and they worked like a well oiled machine with everyone doing what they were supposed to do. The window came out great and they left nothing for me to have to clean up. Except for the new window being there everything was left as it was like no one was ever there. I would highly recommend them if you need any work done and done right. Thanks to Gabe an... read more
RecommendedAfter 6 year of dreaming what our back yard could be, the team at Omni made it come true! My husband and I met with multiple other pool companies before coming across Omni. The entire team at Omni made us feel so comfortable with their build process and superior pool designs. Our biggest check on our list was to have a large lagoon for our children to play and adults to relax in. Aaron's design knocked it out of the park and we now have the ultimate outdoor living space! Aaron does a PERFECT job of taking your dream and brin... read more
RecommendedOverall we are happy with our hot tub. We were able to order the exact Caldera Spa that we wanted. We ordered it April 28th and received it on July 16th. It took awhile after that to receive the stairs for it, we were near the outlets on Sept 2nd and asked if we could stop by for them and we were able to get them. We are currently still waiting on the stereo and chemicals that were supposed to come with the hot tub. Experience with salesman has been okay. I do feel like we have to contact him often to be able to get any upda... read more
Recommended5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This guy is out of this world. Very very professional, pays close attention to detail. Runs a tight ship! What’s a great experience!! We would recommend Shiners Pools to anybody looking to install a pool. In and out in just a few days and leaves everything very neat and clean!!!
RecommendedSuch a great experience from start to finish! Tammy was so helpful w all of the design aspects and really took her time in designing us an amazing pool that really gave us the space for all our backyard wants! John and his crew were great and got everything done on schedule and were always helpful and available. Even though our pool is done and we are at the end of our pool school John is always there for any questions or things that come up! A great experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone!
RecommendedVery reliable and professional contractors with you every step of the way! Very reasonably priced and beautiful designs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
