Pools (or more like the equipment) are going to have issues and every time we have called, they are extremely responsive, despite us living 1.5 hours away (assuming no traffic as they drive through Atlanta). We have had our pool for 2+ years and continue to love it. Please keep doing what you are doing, finding a pool company that backs their product is rare. Thank You!!!
